Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your delivery country.

Free Shipping:

  • Metropolitan France: Free delivery for orders over €99.

  • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: Free delivery for orders over €180.

  • Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and destination, visible before confirming your order.

We do everything possible to guarantee fast shipping, accurate tracking, and responsive customer service, wherever you are. Delivery conditions and applicable fees for your destination will be displayed automatically at checkout. If no delivery option appears, please send us your order and address by email so that we can create a custom shipping offer. Your flat-rate contribution includes packaging and shipping costs. (Maximum weight: 30 kg)

Delivery Times

Once payment is received, your order is processed immediately. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is being prepared. For Metropolitan France, shipping is handled within 2 working days (except annual holidays). Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that during August, delivery times may be extended by up to 48h due to reduced staff.

Processing and shipping times apply to orders placed before noon and depend on product availability, order size, seasonality, and force majeure.

To ensure smooth delivery, it is essential to provide the recipient’s full name and mobile phone number. We do not recommend using a P.O. Box address. If the recipient has a P.O. Box, the package will be delivered directly to it without prior notice.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 24–48 hours in France by La Poste or DPD, or by another carrier. Depending on your location, we may also use national or international freight services when more suitable. These delivery times are indicative only and cannot be considered contractual.

Once the parcel is handed over to La Poste, DPD, or another carrier, Anova Bois cannot be held responsible for extended transit times, irregular delivery, or product deterioration due to delayed collection by the buyer. Shipping delays cannot give rise to compensation, cancellation, or damages. However, if your order is not delivered within 45 days after dispatch and the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a refund.

Relay point deliveries are limited to 20 kg. Home deliveries by La Poste, Chronopost, Colissimo, GLS, or DPD are limited to 30 kg. For larger orders, we use national freight carriers – please contact us for the best shipping options at the best price.

Shipping risks are borne by the buyer. Upon delivery, please check the condition of your parcel before opening it. In case of damage, make written reservations with the carrier on the delivery slip in their presence. Any damage must also be reported in writing within three days by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier (and a copy sent to Anova Production). Please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in your claim.
