The following general terms and conditions govern the sales contracts of products sold on the website anovabois.com between the company Anova Production SARL, 70 impasse des Millepertuis 34740 VENDARGUES, registered in France, and its individual and professional customers.
These general terms and conditions of sale are applicable at the time of the order. They may be modified without prior notice and will apply to any new order. The company Anova Production owns all rights related to the website anovabois.com, of which it is the creator.
Validation of the Offer
The validation of the order form implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of these General Terms and Conditions, which are the only ones applicable at the time of the order.
The data recorded by anovabois.com constitutes proof of all transactions concluded between anovabois.com and its customers. Anova Production reserves the right not to record a payment, and therefore not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever: issues regarding the received order, supply difficulties for one or more products, predictable issues regarding the delivery to be made, technical issues…
In such cases, the customer will be contacted by Anova Production by phone, mail, fax, or email.
Characteristics of the Offer
Wood care and renovation products. Offers on the website are neither definitive nor permanent and are valid while they are visible on the website.
The photos found on the website accompanying or not the text and descriptions of the products are non-contractual.
Offers are currently valid in metropolitan France.
Validity Period of the Offer
Offers are valid subject to stock availability.
Price
The prices of each product are net, in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
Items are invoiced in euros based on the prices indicated on the website at the time of the order. The website pricing may be revised at any time without prior notice.
The final price of the order includes the product price with VAT (except for countries outside the EEC), handling, packaging, and transport costs.
You can obtain the payment details of your order by accessing your customer account under the "My Orders" section. You will also receive an invoice attached to your order.

VAT
Regulations are set by the European Union at 20%. For countries outside the European Union, the indicated prices are exclusive of tax, and taxes must be paid upon delivery.
Warranties
All our products are guaranteed and have received all necessary care to ensure compliance. If an item is defective, please return it to us in its original packaging; we will exchange it, issue a credit note, or refund you.
Any return of goods cannot give rise to compensation, damages, or interest. In the event of a package returned by the customer or by the post office (or carrier) due to a customer error (specifically an incorrect address), any request for redelivery will be invoiced at the actual cost.
Obligations of the Parties
Anova Production undertakes, once the order is accepted and paid for, to deliver the requested items to the customer within the indicated timeframes.
The customer undertakes to provide Anova Production with a precise address where delivery can be carried out during business days and hours.
Satisfaction Guaranteed or Refunded
Pursuant to Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen business days from the date of receipt of their order to return the products to Anova Production for exchange or refund, without penalty, except for return shipping costs. If the package and/or products are returned unopened and still in their original packaging because you are not satisfied: a refund of the package and/or products will be issued, with return shipping costs at your expense.
If the package and/or products are returned because one or more products are defective: a refund of the package and/or products, initial shipping fees, and any return shipping costs will be issued. Refunds are processed within 2 months following receipt of the returned products.
In the event of a product return to Anova Production, please accurately indicate your name, address, date and order number, and your phone number. Take special care in preparing the return shipment, ensuring sufficient padding so that the containers are not damaged during transport. When the condition of the returned containers does not allow for direct resale (opened or damaged containers), a 30% reduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover product repackaging costs. A €10 deduction will be applied to orders that benefited from free shipping and whose total after deduction of the credit note falls below the "free shipping" threshold. In the case of a commercial offer offering product A free with the purchase of product B, the return of product B must be accompanied by the return of the free product A in good condition to benefit from a full credit or refund. Otherwise, a deduction equal to the commercial value of the free product will be applied to the credit or refund amount.
Limitation of Liability
The products we hand over to the carrier comply with and are under our responsibility regarding French regulations, which are the only ones Anova Production is subject to.
After shipment, any product exposed to heat or damaged for any other reason cannot be guaranteed by Anova Production. It is recommended to keep these products in a cool, dry place. The transfer of risks on the products takes place as soon as the products are handed over by Anova Production to the Post Office agent or the carrier. The buyer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their storage, and their use from the day of delivery. The application of a protective product on wood cannot guarantee the absence of stains or mold growth under particularly severe weather conditions. It is advisable to have a professional apply the protective product suited to the weather and usage conditions.
Disputes
Any order placed implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of Anova Production's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event of a dispute, our customer service is at your disposal to settle any disagreement as best as possible.
In all cases, a response will be given to any request for information or complaint, regardless of the method used: letter, electronic, or phone call.
Complaints will be processed within 10 days from the date of receipt at our offices. In accordance with Law No. 80335 of May 12, 1980, the shipped goods remain the property of Anova Production until full payment has been received. Unless specifically indicated on the invoice, payment is due in full upon receipt without discount. No discount for early payment applies to all other payment methods.
Any dispute relating to the sale will be subject to French law before the Commercial Court of Montpellier, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute with a carrier (DPD, GLS, La Poste,...), we recommend contacting Anova Production. A claim letter or reservations from the recipient in the event of breakage, a damaged package, or theft must be sent to the carrier (+ eventual photos). This letter must be sent by the recipient within 72 hours of receiving the package, and 7 days for international shipments. Additional documents may be requested from you to build a compensation claim with the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision. The period runs from the day the consumer or a third party designated by them receives the goods.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the professional of their decision to withdraw before the expiration of the period by sending the standard withdrawal form reproduced below, or any other unambiguous statement expressing their willingness to withdraw.
