DISPUTES

In all cases, an answer will be given to any request for information or any complaint, whatever the modalities: letter, telematics or telephone call.
Complaints will be processed within 10 days from the day they are received in our offices. In accordance with law n° 80335 of May 12, 1980, the goods shipped remain the property of Anova Production until full payment has been received. Unless specifically indicated on the invoice, payment is cash without discount. No discount for early payment for all other methods of payment.
