The following general conditions govern the sales contracts for products offered for sale on the website between the company Anova Production SARL,60 A impasse des Millepertuis 34740 VENDARGUES, registered in France, and its private and professional customers.
These general terms and conditions of sale are applicable at the time of the order. They may be modified without notice and will be those applicable to all new orders. The company Anova Production owns all the rights related to the website of which it is the creator.


The data recorded by constitute proof of all transactions made by and its customers. Anova Production reserves the right not to record a payment, therefore not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever: problem with the order received, supply problem of one or more products, foreseeable problem with the delivery to be made, technical problem ...
The customer would be contacted by Anova Production by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail.

The prices of each product are net, in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Items are invoiced in euros on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order. The prices on the site can be revised at any time without prior notice.
The final price of the order includes the price of the products with VAT (except for countries outside the EEC), handling, packaging and transport costs.
You can obtain the details of the payment of your order by going to your customer account, heading "My orders", you will also receive an invoice attached to your order.


The regulation is set by the European Union at 20%. For countries outside the European Union, the prices indicated are exclusive of tax, taxes will be paid upon delivery.


All our products are guaranteed and have been the subject of all the care necessary for their conformity. If an item is faulty, please return it to us in its original packaging, we will exchange it, give you a credit note or reimburse you.
Any return of goods can not give rise to compensation or damages. In the case of a package returned by the customer or by the post office (or carrier) due to a customer error (wrong address in particular), any reshipment request will be invoiced at the actual cost.


The company Anova Production undertakes, once the order has been accepted and paid, to deliver to the customer the articles requested, within the time limits indicated.
The customer undertakes to provide Anova Production with a precise address where delivery can be made on working days and hours.


In accordance with article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen working days from the day of receipt of his order to return the products to Anova Production for exchange or refund, without penalties except for the return costs. If the package and/or products are returned, unopened and still in their original packaging, because you are not satisfied: refund of the package and/or products, the return costs being at your expense.
If the package and/or the products are returned because one or more products are defective: reimbursement of the package and/or the products, shipping costs and any return costs. Refunds are made within 2 months of receipt of the returned products. In the case of a return of goods to Anova Production, please indicate precisely your name, address, date and number of the order, your telephone number. Take particular care in preparing the return of goods, provide sufficient padding so that the canisters are not damaged during transport. When the condition of the returned canisters does not allow them to be resold directly (opened or damaged canisters), a 30% loss in value is issued on the amount of the refund to compensate for the cost of repackaging the products. A deduction of €6.65 is made for orders that have benefited from free shipping (or €12.46 in the case of a Colissimo) and whose total after deduction of the credit note is less than the "free shipping" amount. In the case of a commercial offer proposing a product A offered for the purchase of a product B, the return of the product B must be accompanied by the return of the product A offered in good condition in order to benefit from the full credit note or refund. Otherwise, the commercial value of the product offered will be deducted from the amount of the credit note or refund.

After shipment, any product exposed to heat or damaged for any other reason cannot be guaranteed by Anova Production. It is recommended to keep these products in a dry and cool place. The transfer of risks on the products takes place as soon as the products are handed over by Anova Production to the agent of the Post Office or to the carrier. The buyer is solely responsible for the choice of the products, their conservation and their use from the day of delivery. Any order placed implies the customer's acceptance, without any restriction, of Anova Production's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event of a dispute, our customer service department is at your disposal to help you find the best solution.
In all cases, an answer will be given to any request for information or any complaint, whatever the modalities: letter, telematics or telephone call.
Complaints will be processed within 10 days from the day they are received in our offices. In accordance with law n° 80335 of May 12, 1980, the goods shipped remain the property of Anova Production until full payment has been received. Unless specifically indicated on the invoice, payment is cash without discount. No discount for early payment for all other methods of payment. Any dispute relating to the sale will be subject to French law before the Commercial Court of Montpellier, which has sole jurisdiction. In the case of a dispute with a carrier (DPD, GLS, La Poste,...), we recommend that you contact Anova Production. A letter of complaint or reserves from the recipient in the case of breakage, damaged package or spoliation must be sent to the carrier (+ possible photos). This letter must be sent by the recipient within 72 hours of receipt of the parcel, and 7 days for international deliveries. Additional documents may be required in order to prepare a claim file with the carrier.
