How to Apply WHITE WOOD VARNISH VBL500

Preparing the surface

• Wood must be raw, clean, sound, and dry
• If an existing finish (wax, oil, varnish) is present: sanding or stripping required
• Carefully dust after sanding
• For tannin-rich woods (oak, chestnut…): apply Anti-Tannin Primer PAT400
• For other woods: apply Pore Filler Primer BP400

Applying White Wood Varnish

• Mix thoroughly before use
• Application conditions: 12°C to 30°C, humidity < 60%
• Apply 2–3 even coats in the direction of the wood grain
• Tools: brush, spalter, or fine nap roller

Drying

• 2h between coats
• Light sanding recommended after the 1st coat (grit 120–240)
• Do not exceed 24h between coats
• Dust carefully before each application

Precautions After Application

• During the first 7 days: avoid heavy loads and standing moisture
• Do not cover the surface (cloths, plastic, etc.)
• Use only gentle cleaning products
