Concentrated Wood Cleaner N140 - Interior & Exterior Woods

Concentrated Cleaner N140 is ideal for cleaning wood and degreasing surfaces such as terraces, floors, furniture, stairs, worktops and other wooden surfaces. Thanks to its unique formula, this concentrated cleaner will remove all dirt and stains from your heavily soiled wooden surfaces and will revive your wood while maintaining its natural appearance. N140 Concentrated Cleaner can be applied to all types of wood, with the exception of tannic wood (oak, chestnut). It is suitable for cleaning wooden furniture as well as for maintaining a wooden terrace.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE CONCENTRATED CLEANER

PREPARATION OF THE CONCENTRATED CLEANER

• Concentrated product to be diluted with water before use.
• Dilute 1 litre of Cleaner N140 in 3 litres of water to obtain 4 litres of cleaner to use.

APPLICATION OF WOOD CLEANER (MIXTURE))

• Shake well before use
• Make sure that the room temperature is above 5° C (41F).
• Use 1 litre of wood cleaner per 8 to 10 m² for flat surfaces or 4 to 6 m² for vertical surfaces.
• Apply the cleaner (mixture) in the direction of the wood grain using a brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer.

LET IT ACT

• Leave on for 20-30 minutes without drying.

RINSING

• For indoor woods such as parquet, worktops, furniture or panelling, wipe off the dirt with a dry cloth and then rinse the surface with a mop or damp cloth.
• For outdoor woods such as terraces, cladding or garden furniture, rinse with a high-pressure cleaner from a reasonable distance.

DRYING

• If the wooden support is very dirty, repeat the operation. Allow to dry thoroughly (at least 24 hours) before applying a primer or finish to the wood.

PRECAUTION BEFORE APPLYING THE CONCENTRATED CLEANER

• Do not use the wood cleaner on tannic wood (oak, chestnut, robinia...).
• During the application, the wearing of glasses, gloves and mask is recommended.
• Avoid contact with glass, light metals and alkali-sensitive substrates.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with the skin.
• Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C (41F).

PERFORMANCE

• The consumption of diluted Wood Cleaner N140 varies according to the nature of the wood, its surface condition, its preparation and the chosen method of application.
• Generally speaking, it is estimated at between 4m² (vertical wooden surfaces) and 8m² (horizontal wooden surfaces) per litre of ready-to-use cleaner (mixture).

• To appreciate the final result, first test the concentrated wood cleaner on a scrap or an inconspicuous area.
• It is best to clean exterior woods early in the morning and/or away from the sun to avoid evaporation of the cleaner before rinsing.
• Protect flowerbeds and plants when cleaning.
• Conservation of the Concentrated Cleaner N140: 2 years in the original airtight packaging, protected from frost and high temperatures.
