Parquet & Furniture Wax CPM800 - Colourless Wood Wax

Parquet & Furniture Wax CPM800 is a mixture of wood waxes to protect and maintain wooden floors and furniture. Designed with more than 90% of materials of vegetable origin, we have studied and formulated this product with the aim of obtaining the best nourishing and waterproofing properties that waxes can offer. A genuine wood care and maintenance product, it is suitable for waxing wooden furniture as well as for waxing wooden floors. This colourless wood wax protects the wood while preserving its natural appearance. This wax can be applied on raw wood or on waxed or old wood to maintain it. The application of this product rich in natural waxes will give a silky, satin-like appearance and a soft touch to your wood.

If you wish to stain the wood, the wood can be pre-stained with the Parquet & Furniture Tint TPM900.

Parquet & Furniture Wax CPM800 can also be used on marble, terracotta or natural stone.

 HOW TO USE Parquet & Furniture Wax CPM800

PREPARE THE WOOD

• The wood must be clean, dry and dust-free. If necessary, lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper to obtain a perfectly smooth surface. The wood can be stained beforehand using the Parquet & Furniture Tint TPM900.

APPLICATION

• Ready to use product. Shake this interior wood wax well before application. Do not apply in ambient temperatures below +12°C (53,6F) or above +35°C (95f°.

• Apply the product in the direction of the wood grain using a brush or cloth in a thin layer.

• Leave to dry for at least 1 hour.

• If the wood absorbs the wax easily, apply a second coat after 1 hour drying. If a smooth touch is desired, a light gritting (sanding) with fine sandpaper after the first coat removes small bumps in the wood. Dust carefully before applying the next coat.

 MAINTAIN YOUR WAXED WOODEN FLOOR OR FURNITURE

• The maintenance of a waxed wooden floor or a piece of furniture can be done with a damp sponge and Liquid Black Soap SN800. A new coat of wood wax can be applied as soon as the support loses its hydrophobic character (water repellent).

 TIPS

• To appreciate the final rendering, make a test beforehand on a fall or an inconspicuous area.
