Sanitizing Primer For Wood PA400 acts against blackening, effectively disinfects wood before applying a finish and fights against the development of germs (fungi, mould) that cause finishes to blacken. PA400 Sanitizing Primer can be used on all types of wood outdoors, including siding and terraces. Available in 1, 2, 5 and 10 L. This primer sanitizes the wood before the application of a wood preservative.

Description

Sanitizing Primer For Wood PA400 is particularly recommended for the renovation of a cladding or terrace, or for surfaces exposed to high humidity. The Sanitizing Primer disinfects exterior wood and eliminates germs and mould while perfectly preparing terraces and cladding before finishing. Ideal for sanitizing and disinfecting wood.

HOW TO USE THE SANITIZING PRIMER

PREPARE THE TERRACE, SIDING OR ANY OTHER EXTERIOR SURFACE BEFORE APPLYING THE SANITIZER

The wood must be clean, dry, dust-free and without traces of old finishes.
On old wood: remove all traces of old finishes, clean, strip or sand down to the raw wood. Dust carefully.
On new wood: ready to use.

APPLICATION OF THE SANITIZING PRIMER

Product ready for use, shake the primer well before application.
Ideal conditions: Do not apply the sanitising primer at temperatures below 10°C or in direct sunlight (50F)
Apply 1 coat of sanitizing primer using a brush or sprayer, insisting on the "end woods"..

DRYING

Leave the sanitizing primer to work for at least 24 hours.

FINISH

Cover with a finish suitable for outdoor wood.

tips

To assess the final result, first test the sanitizing primer on a fall or an inconspicuous area.
Application early in the morning and/or away from the sun will be preferable to avoid rapid evaporation of the sanitizing primer.
