How to Use BLACK WOOD VARNISH VNB500

Surface Preparation

• Use raw, clean, dry wood without old finishes
• If waxed, oiled or varnished: sand or strip back to bare wood
• Careful dust removal
• For tannin-rich woods (oak, chestnut): apply Anti-Tannin Primer PAT400
• For other woods: apply Pore Filler Primer BP400

Application

• Shake well before use
• Apply between 12–30°C, humidity < 60%
• Apply 2–3 even coats along the wood grain
• Tools: brush, spalter or short-nap roller

Drying

• 2h between coats
• Light sanding after the 1st coat (grit 120–240)
• Do not exceed 24h between applications
• Dust off before each coat

Precautions After Application

• During the first days: avoid heavy loads and standing moisture
• Do not cover with cloths or tableware
• Use only mild cleaning products
